Terms of Service

By creating an account or using thrw, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use thrw for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

thrw helps you capture information, organize todos, create plans, and use AI-assisted features. Features may differ by platform, account, region, or release stage.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. When a change materially affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

You may sign in through supported identity providers such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and devices and for activity performed through your account.

Tell us promptly at ddppee@ddppee.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may use thrw only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

• Do not use the service to violate another person's rights or privacy.
• Do not upload malicious code, probe security controls, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use automated methods to abuse capacity, evade limits, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use AI features to facilitate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

You retain ownership of the todos, notes, messages, files, and other content you submit to thrw. You grant ddppee a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service and to provide features you request.

You are responsible for content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to process it. Avoid entering another person's sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so.

AI-generated responses and suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review them before relying on them or applying changes.

AI output is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using the output.

When you first use an AI feature, thrw may ask for separate permission to send relevant content to an external AI provider. The Privacy Policy explains this processing.

Except for your content, thrw and its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by ddppee or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the service as provided.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Network, device, third-party provider, maintenance, and security events may affect availability.

Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. Local or synchronized recovery features are not a substitute for your own backup obligations.

You may stop using thrw at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, investigate abuse, or address a material violation of these terms. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated violation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thrw is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ddppee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the document version and effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights or obligations. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Applicable mandatory law governs regardless of these terms. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent, but we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale of the service.
